💰 ZINGADI – Refund Policy
1. Paid Services
- Any subscription, premium feature, or in-app purchase is considered a paid service.
- Users are responsible for reviewing the purchase details before completing the transaction.
2. No Automatic Refunds
- All payments made for subscriptions or in-app purchases are generally non-refundable.
- Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases, such as technical errors or accidental double payments.
3. Requesting a Refund
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to: infozindagiclub@gmail.com
- Include your account details, purchase ID, and reason for the refund request.
- Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Refund Approval
- Approval of any refund is at the sole discretion of Zingadi.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original payment method.
- Zingadi is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or banks.
5. Subscription Cancellation
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time from the app settings.
- Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund previous payments.
- Subscription benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
